Disney Baby Collection

Translating Disney into a soft, product-led design system, this project focused on developing a baby collection across tableware and accessories. The concept explored a gentle and contemporary visual language, reinterpreting iconic characters through muted color palettes, simplified graphics and tactile forms tailored to early childhood. A cohesive design system was defined through color, material and form, ensuring consistency, safety and scalability across categories while aligning with both licensing guidelines and modern baby product trends.

Trend & Consumer Insight: Identified key directions in baby products, focusing on color, material and sensory-friendly design

Creative Interpretation: Adapted Disney characters into softer, minimal visual expressions suitable for early childhood

Concept & System Development: Built a cohesive design framework across products, integrating form, CMF and graphics

Licensing Alignment: Ensured all designs met brand guidelines while introducing contemporary updates

Design to Production: Oversaw development with suppliers, ensuring safety, usability and quality standards
