Trend Research: Conducted research on children’s product trends and character-based collections to ensure the designs aligned with both market demand and brand identity.
Concept Development: Created three distinct design concepts (Gold, Silver, Bronze) that differentiated the collection by quality, finish, and product type.
Branding & Visual Identity: Designed playful patterns, packaging, and graphic elements inspired by Mickey Mouse, tailored to children while maintaining a cohesive brand identity across all categories.
Prototype and Production Oversight: Supervised the adaptation of concepts into tangible products, ensuring quality standards were met across the different levels of the collection.
